Capital Raise for Production

We are now seeking investment to unlock the next stage of our project. This will enable us to: 

• Conduct the Agronomic Evaluation Trials to certify our first batch of 10 strains as commercial cultivars in Colombia
• Build the required infrastructure for post harvest, storage, extraction Lab under GMP compliance and commercial cultivars under GACP compliance
• Execute investigation agreement with Universidad Del Norte on the different uses of the Cannabis plant
• Provide the cash flow required to secure the operation until being compliant to engage in commercial activities with Dr. Frank’s brand 

Investment Proposal 

We are asking for two million in convertible shares of BPM Logistics Colombia S.A.S., owner of the total shares of Legendary Seeds S.A.S and Cannabis Medical Company, for the purposes mentioned in this presentation. There are four investment slots of US$500K each.

Investors will receive a preferred cash distribution equivalent to 10% annual return beginning nine months after close. This distribution is senior to any dividends or other forms of shareholder distribution. 

Additional cash distributions on a pro-rata basis are equivalent to 10% of eligible Partner Profit interests and Repurchase of Interests at the end of three years at 120%.
