​The project is comprised of an agronomic  laboratory, a cultivation area with net area cultivated (fry flower and full spectrum oil) as well as a production cost overview (indoor and outdoor) and financials (profit per hectare and profit per year before taxes.

Cultivation

In order to maximize our yields and get our strains certified under different cultivation conditions, the agro-cluster is designed to facilitate the implementation of protected agriculture facilities using a greenhouse or macro tunnel technologies to maximize the advantages of our region’s climate conditions. 

Production Cost Overview

​This projection contemplates depreciations, amortizations and CAPEX related to conducting a 1.5 hectares harvest under two different cultivation systems and its extraction.

• The extraction cost can substantially lower by increasing the production volumes
• These estimations are based under the pharmaceutical grade line of production projection - GMP Compliant
• International prices are for CBD Isolate pharma grade are around $5 – 9 USD/gr. Other CBD Isolates are found around USD 1.2 per gram.
• The cost of producing EU GMP Pharma grade is around USD 1.4 per gram
